We have a no refund policy. It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the return package.
However, return & exchanges will only be acceptable for the following reasons:
1) Size mismatch
2) Wrong product received
3) Damaged product received

No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned hereinabove. Kindly inform us within 5 days of receiving your order on orders@bubbercouture.com or call us on +91 9819980846/+91 9820709875, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. In case of above exchanges, the refund amount will be issued to you in the form of an in-store credit voucher with a validity of 3 months, which can be redeemed at the Bubber Couture flagship store in Mumbai or on our website www.bubbercouture.com.
The courier charges/ shipping charges for returns and exchanges shall not be borne by us.
Store credit only pertains to the amount of the purchase and not the shipping cost.
Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If it is found that the claimed shipment for return, delivered to us by the customer was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to provide the proof of delivery to us to establish his/her claim of return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be approved subject to being unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. All the tags, labels, original packaging etc. should be intact and the garments should not be washed, used or in spoiled/damaged condition. We reserve the right to decide whether this term is fulfilled.

We do not permit exchanges or returns for our international orders.

simple steps to exchange or return your goods:

Step 1:
You need to inform us by email within 5 days of receiving the parcel on orders@bubbercouture.com or call us on +91 9819980846/+91 9820709875. If we are not informed within 5 days regarding a return or exchange, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

Step 2:
Please await an email confirmation from our end regarding confirmation for initiating return/ exchange.

Step 3:
Please seal the package and courier/ ship it to us at:

Step 4:
Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email.

Step 5:
Once we receive the products it will take us minimum 48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange. 

Shipping

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us for shopping above INR 5000.
Standard delivery charges will apply for shopping below INR 5000.

The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges along with a payment link will be shared upon inquiry. 

Bubber Blu (Pret)

returns and exchanges

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchanges within 7 business days of the customer receiving the item.
Items should be returned for exchange unused and with all Bubber Blu tags still attached. Exchanges that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
All refunds will be made between 7-12 working days post confirmation.
Where provided, authenticity cards, brand tags, brand labels and other packing material as shipped by us with the product, should be included with your return/exchange.
Please email bubberblu@bubbercouture.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Bubber Blu tags. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 30 days after receiving your return as below:
Card: If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.

Cash on delivery: Please add your bank account details to your user account and we will refund the balance directly to your bank account. Please note, even if the courier accepted a card or other non-cash payment on delivery, we will still refund the balance to your bank account.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse/store, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.
No COD payment can be returned via COD

Exchanges are permitted only for size reasons, in the same colour. The same product originally ordered will be provided in the revised size. Shipping costs for exchanges have to be borne by the customer.

General Shipping terms

We use third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. We are not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out-of-stock item(s), may take an additional business day to process.
Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
We ship from Mumbai India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay.
Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
Delivery timelines might be affected owing to COVID-19 restrictions.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.

If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order.

Not all products qualify for Fast Track Shipping. The order will be dispatched only after receipt of payment from your end. Estimated time of delivery shall be calculated from the date of dispatch only. 

Shipping Questions 

1. Can I change the shipping address of the order?
     - Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. Please contact us at the earliest.
2. Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
     - No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.
3. How can I track my order?
     - You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real time.
